UPDATE: 29/05/2020

We finally have some welcome news!

As you may have heard on the news last night, we can start to get ready to open up again.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am that we can now start to move in a more positive direction.
However, we would please ask for your patience just a little longer, as we only heard the news alongside you on the Daily Briefing yesterday.

We would like to remind you that many policies and procedures have changed, (and continue to change significantly) since we last saw you. We are hoping to receive more information and guidance in the coming days. Dentists and their teams have yet to be given any definitive guidance but we are applying some common sense and formulating a plan of action to get back to work in a safe and sensible manner.

This will not happen overnight and a great deal will depend on obtaining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which, as you may have heard, is in limited supply.

My team and I are having meetings over the next week or two to make sure we are able to provide dentistry in a safe and well-led environment. Safety is our main focus and we need to be absolutely confident we have all the important policies and procedures in place to manage this important aspect of our job. We will keep you updated and informed.

Please do not rush our dental practices, as there’s a great deal to be done behind the scenes, before we can reopen. Until that date, we will still be here on the telephone, to triage and support you, so please continue to call us for that advice and support, should you require it. We ask you, respectfully, to please be mindful of the situation we are in.

Please try to avoid calling to book in routine appointments, we are trying to reduce and control the influx of routine appointments until we have secured the oral health of the urgent and emergency cases awaiting our care.

We cannot wait to see you all again.
You have been missed!

Thank you 🙏

Once restrictions are lifted, we will be providing:

Longer appointments: to allow more time to go through any issues you have had during this time

Increased appointment availability including early mornings and later evenings in order to catch up on any check-ups, hygiene or other appointments that have needed to be postponed.

Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time.

Stay home. Stay safe. Save lives

We will all get through this together.

First time here, absolutely impressed with the professional manor they operate their surgery. I was recommended by my local Doctors and it’s the best advice I have taken up. I look forward to my next visit and feel assured they will give me the best possible treatment available. If this was a hotel it would be 6 star plus.

Vanessa and Emily listened to my concerns and re-assured me throughout my appointment. They were really informative, friendly and made me feel at ease throughout.

I was a very nervous patient, but with the help from such lovely staff, I enjoy coming to the dentist now.
